Preplobe
Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We want billing expectations to be clear. This page explains how Preplobe handles subscription charges and refund requests.

1. Subscription billing

Preplobe offers paid access through monthly recurring subscriptions until cancelled. When you subscribe, you authorize the applicable recurring charges using your selected payment method.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle checkout. Local Philippine 30-day access passes, where available, are one-time purchases processed through PayMongo and require manual renewal.

2. Refund review

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as duplicate charges, billing errors, technical access issues, and the timing of the request.

Digital access may activate immediately after payment confirmation. Local 30-day access passes are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except for cases such as duplicate payment, technical failure, payment succeeded but access never activated, or unauthorized transaction review.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future recurring renewals. Unless we state otherwise, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed for the current billing period.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund review, email support@preplobe.com and include the email address tied to your account, the date of the charge, and a short explanation of the issue.

5. Processing

If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on your payment provider or bank. Preplobe cannot control external processing delays once a refund has been issued.

Payment gateway fees, processing fees, taxes, or other non-recoverable charges may not be refundable.

6. Contact

Refund and billing questions can be sent to support@preplobe.com. Mail correspondence may be directed to Preplobe, Don Manuel Agregado St., Quezon City, Philippines.
