1. Overview
Preplobe is an online board-exam review platform operated by Preplobe. It provides digital review services including AI-assisted quiz generation, saved questions, mock exams, and board-style practice. By accessing or using Preplobe, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account in a way that compromises the security or fair use of the service.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, unauthorized activity, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.
3. Subscription, local passes, and billing
Paid plans may be purchased as monthly recurring subscriptions or as one-time local access passes where available. Credit/debit card subscriptions are processed through Paddle and renew monthly until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Preplobe and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Local Philippine access passes are one-time timed purchases processed through PayMongo. They do not auto-renew and require manual renewal. The highest active access level wins: Boards access overrides Review while active, but lower-tier access is not deleted. Access periods continue counting down by calendar date and do not pause while another access period is active.
Paid features may lock when all paid access expires, but your account and saved data remain preserved. You may cancel Paddle subscriptions according to Paddle's process, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices, plan features, and billing methods may change from time to time with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected areas, or use Preplobe for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
You remain responsible for the materials, prompts, files, and other content you submit through the service.
5. Intellectual property
Preplobe, including its branding, software, interface, and service materials, is owned by Preplobe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Preplobe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be updated, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Refund Policy for more detail or contact us at support@preplobe.com if you believe there has been a billing issue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preplobe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Preplobe.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Preplobe after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
