Preplobe is a learning platform operated by Marc's ID Hauz. By accessing or using Preplobe, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account in a way that compromises the security or fair use of the service.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, unauthorized activity, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed as monthly recurring subscriptions until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Preplobe and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices, plan features, and billing methods may change from time to time with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected areas, or use Preplobe for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
You remain responsible for the materials, prompts, files, and other content you submit through the service.
5. Intellectual property
Preplobe, including its branding, software, interface, and service materials, is owned by Marc's ID Hauz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Preplobe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be updated, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
7. Refunds

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marc's ID Hauz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Preplobe.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Preplobe after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
